Foxnuts and other food items are non-returnable once delivered, as they are perishable and consumable goods.
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for a return, customers must:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photographs of the damaged product and outer packaging

Upon verification, we will guide you through the return process.
UDDARA reserves the right to reject return requests if:
The request is raised after the stipulated time
The product has been used, consumed, or tampered with
Adequate proof of damage is not provided
